Building Strength for Chemo

I have been home from the hospital for 6 days! When I came home, I was emaciated, malnourished, weak, and unstable. My next Chemo infusion is on Fri, Oct 3rd, and I MUST be strong enough to handle it by then. In the last 6 days, I have

  1. ‍Worked up to > 1 hour yoga per day.
  2. ‍Worked up to 2-3 walks per day.
  3. Gone from unable to eat to eating solid food (as of today!).
  4. Started a laser-focused plan to build my platelets and hemoglobin. I have spent the last 5 days spreadsheeting and starting a plan. Time to take control.
  5. (Today) Went on a mountain-filled family outing! Mountains are so healing.
