Help Lauren’s family cover medical bills from her treatments.

With Hope & Love
We are profoundly heartbroken to announce that Lauren lost her courageous, hard-fought battle with cancer early Friday morning, January 16th.
Lauren Perfors was a vibrant mother of two little girls, a devoted business owner, and an inspiring cancer warrior. Facing the immense challenge of Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer, Lauren demonstrated unmatched resilience, undergoing seven lines of conventional treatment and more than ten surgeries.
Then, she took a bold step forward with a personalized plan that combined traditional approaches with cutting-edge therapies, all aimed at achieving remission.
Your support made the difference in allowing Lauren to fight this battle and gave her the chance to continue being the amazing mom, partner, and pioneer that she was, right up to the end. Let’s unite to continue supporting Lauren’s family, who she loved so dearly.

In June 2023, Lauren’s world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with Stage IV Advanced Metastatic Breast Cancer. What began as hip pain revealed a devastating truth: cancer had spread to her bones, liver, and peritoneum. Heartbreakingly, this wasn’t her first battle. In 2018, Lauren was diagnosed with breast cancer just a week after learning she was four weeks pregnant.
Through incredible strength, she endured rounds of chemotherapy while pregnant, as well as radiation and multiple surgeries. Against all odds, Lauren was declared cancer-free and delivered a healthy baby, Adelyn, that same year—a year of unimaginable highs and lows.
After years in remission and a miracle 2nd post-Chemo baby (that doctors told her she’d never have), Lauren then faced an even greater fight, determined to prove that Stage 4 wouldn’t keep her from being the amazing mom, partner, and inspiration she is.
In the fall of 2024, Lauren was told there was no cure for her cancer. According to conventional medicine, her future would be increasingly harsh chemotherapies—treatments that take a devastating toll on the body until either the Cancer or the treatments killed her.
Lauren chose to accept her diagnosis, not her prognosis, and she began a relentless search for a path to beat the Cancer back into remission.
Lauren poured countless hours into researching viable treatment options, consulting with physicians and clinics around the world, and identifying the most advanced and effective solutions science had to offer. Her plan was integrative—a combination of holistic and Western medicine—evidence-based and meticulously researched. These treatments, however, came with a significant challenge: they are not covered by health insurance.
Lauren’s mission was to beat the disease, then share her story to save the lives of others.
Lauren’s goal was to beat back the Breast Cancer and at worst, maintain stability. At best, achieve complete remission. Whatever it took to live a fulfilling life raising her children. These treatments included:
The Williams Cancer Institute provides direct injection immunotherapy, the most vital part of Lauren’s long term path to remission. Sadly, these procedures are not yet available in the U.S. despite the fact that they are saving countless lives. Lauren personally spoke with several late stage patients given no hope who are now in remission after WCI treatments.
Lauren underwent 4 direct injection immunotherapy treatments in Mexico, and they were working.
Lauren had to raise $400K to fund immunotherapy treatments at the Williams Cancer Institute.
Their immunotherapy protocol starts by addressing issues with the patient’s individual microbiome, so the immune system can do what it’s supposed to do — help aid the fight against cancer. This is combined with intra-tumoral injections (image-guided injections directly into the tumor) and PEMF treatments directly into the tumor to kill and weaken the tumor cells. Once weakened, a personalized cocktail works to kill off the local and systemic tumor cells. Remission. Is. Possible.
Enhertu is an innovative type of Chemotherapy only recently approved by the FDA for Lauren’s specific diagnosis. Due to Lauren’s aggressive progression, she needed something to beat back the Cancer into submission to help make other therapies more effective.
Enhertu is a targeted Chemotherapy which selectively goes after Cancer cells and spares more normal cells than “old-school” Chemo.
16% of respondents in the clinical trial achieved complete remission, and 67% had their tumors shrink, for a total 83% response rate.
The Chemotherapy was a temporary solution to get her tumor burden low enough to finish up the immunotherapy she started, which was working before injury delays forced her to take a break.
Effective supplements and medications with strong science behind them never make it to clinical trials and therefore never make it to mainstream medicine. Reasons include the cost of clinical trials vs. profit potential (nothing natural will ever make it to a clinical trial via drug company) and the way in which the current American healthcare system is structured. We digress…
Each medication and supplement is backed by numerous studies proving their efficacy. Why aren’t these known to conventional oncology to help save lives? This website isn’t about the reasons behind the issues, so we’ll let you think on that.
Lauren’s Regimen:
Lauren honed in on the following protocols to guide her supplement and off-label medication choices:
Lauren was taking over 40 supplements. Here are a few examples to give you an idea of things that work, yet aren’t covered by health insurance nor known to conventional Oncology:
Cost: ~$3,600/month
Lauren underwent this treatment twice a week, enhanced by hyperbaric oxygen therapy to maximize its efficacy. High-dose Vitamin C is a cornerstone of many holistic healing protocols, with clinical research supporting its benefits. For Lauren, this treatment provided tangible results—improving her white blood cell counts, supporting liver function, and helping her ward off illnesses. It may have also slowed the progression of her cancer and reducing its impact on her bones.
Lauren’s Regimen: 50g dose, 2x/week since August 2024
Cost: ~$275/dose, $550/week or $2,200.00/month

Almost all integrative medicine centers include daily PEMF as part of their treatment regimen. Cancer cannot survive in a highly electrified environment, which is why cancer never occurs in the heart. PEMF creates a more electrified environment and also decreases inflammation.
Lauren’s Regimen: 30 minutes on mat covering pelvis through shoulders, high-power to level of comfort, 5x/week, since mid-October 2024
Cost: $30/session, $150/week or $600/month

Red light therapy works by delivering low-level red light wavelengths that are absorbed by the mitochondria within cells. This leads to increased energy production (ATP), which can promote cell repair and regeneration. It is safe to do it up to two times per week.
Lauren’s Regimen: Full body bed, 2x/week, since September 2024
Cost: $30/session, $60/week or $240/month

When her body allowed, Lauren did yoga 2-3x/week.
Lauren meditated every morning outside. In addition, she also meditated during every hospital visit and infusion.
Studies show that Cancer patients who keep their bodies active and meditate live significantly longer.
Diet became a crucial part of Lauren’s journey toward remission, with the understanding that the right nutrition can be a powerful ally, supporting her body’s natural defenses and resilience. Sugar and processed food with hormones fed Lauren’s Cancer and must be avoided.
Lauren’s Regimen: Strict, organic, Whole Food, Plant-Based Diet
Cost: $550 increase in average monthly grocery bill

Lauren’s family exhausted their savings, taking on massive debt to fund her treatments in the attempt to save her life. She was able to cover a small portion of the medical expenses with fundraising, but her family is left with significant medical bills. Every contribution helps ensure stability for the future of her two young girls.
Lauren wanted to prove to fellow Cancer patients with Stage IV that their diagnosis was NOT the end.
“Accept the diagnosis, not the prognosis” was her mantra.
She wanted to use her growing platform to prove that there is a path to remission and to help save as many lives as possible.
Though she sadly lost her battle with Cancer, her meticulous research and self-advocacy gave her more time with her family, and a platform to share that learning with others it might help.

We are profoundly heartbroken to announce that Lauren lost her courageous, hard-fought battle with cancer early Friday morning, January 16th.
